Stole 700+ form me; do not buy from them

Bought a number of items, paid for them all and returned two. They sent an email saying the refund was en route but they never paid it and never responded meaningfully to my Avoid at all many written complaints and demand for payment. Their telephone reps are quite rude and have a poor command of English. They simply ask for the same documentation and then fall into silence. I realize they have no intention of paying me the $700+ they admit they owe me. They are thieves: You have been warmed.
